Basically, the core business is not really growing year over year.

The accounts receivables are high and they have a 2B overhang in inventories on the books. With the A/R so high, there is the possibility of significant returns in Q1. I would not be buying into them at these price levels. (Actually, I would not buy them at any price level. I like a clean balance and income sheet.)
