Reading thru the Terms-Of-Use, I see that anybody can be terminated at any time, for any reason. Offhand I would suspect that annoying Brad could be a valid reason, after all, youre doing a good job of that obviously. Perhaps the Termination clause should state that annoying Brad is reason for termination/suspension explicitly rather than implicitely.
