Hi Essam, I kept forgetting to ask Shawn of Bre-X regradig to the 6th generaton of COW. I am new to mining so please excuse my ingorance. Why are the Indonesian governments delay the signing of COWs for other jr. mining compaies there? This whole fiasco about Bre-X and its minority partners. Is it that the COW is some sorts of mining reforms (laws) that once signed, will affect all others there? If this is the case, the COW is more of an Indonesian laws than a permit or land ownership paper. If Bre-X fiasco drags on, we may miss this years spring rally. -KL
