Marc, I haven't looked at all the details on the employee stock incentive plan, but I'd love all PTEC employees to have their bonuses riding on the price of the stock (as well as company performance), especially top management. Never underestimate word-of-mouth as a great promoter of a stock. Imagine all the INTC employees besides my INTC-employed brother who mentioned INTC stock recently. They must have tens of thousands of employees, each with at least a dozen relatives and friends (several of which may be stock brokers). Starting in February, PTEC plans to resume their stock buyback program to offset new shares issued under employee stock programs. I'm not sure of the quantity or exact timing of these buybacks. That may be a good question for Bob Riopel at PTEC. Anyone care to call him on this next week? (I've bugged him enough in the past month)
