Another example of what I term the 'new T'. This company is really getting it together, and I would not be surprised to see it become IBM number 2 as far as future stock performance. Armstrong is a good bet to do 'a Gerstner'....

AT&T, the No. 1 U.S. long distance telephone company, said today it plans to offer customers a single rate and a single bill for both wireless and traditional wireline calls.

AT&T said the plan will be available beginning Jan. 31.
The company will kick off a television ad campaign during the Super Bowl, which will be played Jan. 31. The ads were developed by FCB Leber Katz Partners. A print ad campaign will start Feb. 1.
