Premier,

You said Winr has to show some progress towards execution of the business before it gets to next level.

Since WINR passed the $2 mark, they have signed on 7 gaming a 7 sports book sites with TISS plus Interbet. TISS has nothing but growth potential with 300 sites total potential for WINR. Interbet is one of the top rated sites for gaming. There have been NO stories or rumors, to my knowledge, suggesting any problems with the WINR system. Revenues are directly correlated to the volume of gaming and Interbet site visits are increasing dramatically according to their own promotion materials.

It seems to me that WINR is absolutely delivering on the execution of their business plan just as promised to the stockholders.

No, I think there is more to the $3 ceiling. But certainly, higher volume and steady buying will fix that quick enough. The MM's don't care if WINR makes it or not. It's business. As long as weak hands day trade it, the MM's will do what they do best and we'll stay below $3. But once the business plan and growth projections are clear to a broader section of the market, volume will erase most or not all of the impact of day traders and the MM's. Trading on one of the major exchanges won't hurt either!

JMHO
