Michael, I reviewed the terms of the DELL Visa at firstusa.com
I believe these are the same folks who offer the Yahoo! Visa. They also offer a 1% rebate on that card.

I was wrong about the interest rate and the interest accrual. Interest rate is 9.9% and interest does not accrue in the interest free period.
It is a very competitive credit card, but I'll keep my Waterhouse VISA which deposits a 1% cash rebate directly into my brokerage account each month. The interest rate is higher, but I always pay in full.

I still think it's more a statement of the competitive environment of credit card issuers.
