To all:

Every so often there is an INSANE rumor that QC's IPR (a) disappears, (b) becomes public domain or (c) turns into fairy dust in the event that the company is (a) sold, (b) acquired in a hostile takeover or (c) launched into orbit with the next space shuttle.

Hopefully, for once and for all, please let it be understood that QC's IPR position is NOT, IN ANY WAY, FORM OR FASHION, CHANGED, REDUCED OR OTHERWISE ALTERED if the company is sold or acquired. Period.

Hope this ends this ridiculousness once and for all.

Best regards,

Gregg
