I thought one of two things would get this stock going: 1.) A news release about Visual Writer contracts; or 2.) A 10SF by the company showing the world they are now a reporting company. Silly me, it turned out to be a guy name "roulette" (how appropriate) telling everyone that he's heard PLRP is going to .18 tomorrow. LOL! I don't know about that (but I'll be watching ....)
