If the allegations are true, it's certainly not good for YF.

The question is - where is First Marathon's evidence? What recent mgmt decisions indicate that the Smith & Serruya are not co-operating?

Does First Marathon have any short position in YF (or long)?

My understanding was that the Serruya's had lot more equity of YF than the Smith's. Although that doesn't necessarily translate to board level control, it would be surprising if Smith was able to wrest control given his (lot lower) equity in YF.

I would like to hear some hard evidence before assessing the situation. (in the long-term however, the Co-Presidency has got to go. You can't have two chiefs...........)
