It seemed like a reasonable trade based on comparable valuation. After an affiliate met with management, it appeared that mgt was not very strong but the comparable valuations were still compelling.

Finally, upon closer review, mgt does seem especially weak and due to a shift in sentiment in the inet sector, Mr. pink has deemed to take all profits and move on.
