JDN.... I agree! I say let EP and EM run the business, that's what they get paid for.....and they seem to know what they're doing! I don't care who gets AV shares as long as the IPO/spin-off is viewed as successful and CPQ shares continue north! I'll take the shares if they decide to give them to me, but it's not gonna bunch up my shorts if I don't get them. El
