I do not know if you are looking for bulls or bears, but
both categories are well represented on this thread. As
one of the bears, I would like to draw the attention to
the following short article in Broadband Week:

multichannel.com

The bottom line is that TERN had $31M in revenue and
$23M in losses last quarter. This may seem normal in
the current Internet hype atmosphere, but telecom
equipment manufacturers are expected to make money
(god help AFCI, PAIR, SFA, or GIC if they showed such
ugly losses). The new stock offering suggests that
insiders are eager to cash in on the Internet craze.
I would be really amazed if TERN is still around 2
years from now.
