Hello Gerald. Looks like 2 sick people have to talk to each other. gg. Or did I read this wrong somewhere about you being sick also? Yes, it was said that it was a partial IPO but they have not decided yet what to do with the rest. I don't think it was made clear by either the CEO or the CFO. I think all this is still being mulled over and that's why they will talk about it again later on. I am sure all this was disappointing to shareholders and is putting a damper on CPQ today. But like I said: It should be good for shareholders either way in the end. Did you get out of it that it will go to the bottom line of CPQ? I am off now. I will look for your answer later. Sonny
