Dear JSI: Well my position is that he DID make a PUBLIC statement in the past about Public Relations so we have the right to ask and he has the right to answer what he is doing. Any shareholder could call about that at any time. The stock option issue is in the Proxy and it only makes sense that before voting, if a shareholder has a question about what he is voting on he ought to be able to ask it. The areas I would not ask about nor do I expect them to tell us would be unannounced contracts, sales, earnings, backlog, employees and the like--however we can certainly ask them if they will be addressing those issues in the CC.
