Ron,

The low volume tells me 3 things. 1)The short positions are all hedged. 2)Nobody knows exactly what will go down tomorrow. 3)If Vivus readily beats the Q4 estimate of a 4 cent loss and if the Street likes what Wilson has to say there is going to be a lot of buying and short covering after a large gap up on Friday morning.

EBAY beat estimates by 3 cents and is now up 88 points. How many points does Vivus get to gain if they beat estimates by at least 3 cents?
