I was a little surprised to see Mr. Jagid resign. However I have seen before, a change in leadership when the business environment become's different. In this case moving from year's of R & D to full commercialization of a product line. I am not saying this is the case but very possible. to move forward this may be the best for Ultralife. Please note that the price is down, however only 136,900 shares had been traded at 3:30 pm eastern time, hardly a run for the exit's. Remember production capability has been announced and many oems are sampling. good luck
