OK, I am one of the CPQ shareholders who is complaining. I have no problem with CPQ holding on to AV. Let them hold onto it and let them build it into a company that can go head to head with Yahoo and Amazon. Fine.

All I am saying is that if they are going to spin it off:

a) Spin some of the shares off to the shareholders or,
b) Let the shareholders subscribe at the initial offering price and get the benefits that the large institutional customers get.
