TO ALL: It has been expressed to me via PM that someone on the Board posted that Karl was involved with this call. While Karl's presence would be much appreciated by us he is in a tickilish situation since he does have continuing contact with Management on occassion and it is important to us that he continue that relationship. Therefore Karl is sitting this one out and I believe he is correct in that decision. JDN
