This is my email to Micron which you suggested.
It was sent this morning. Still, no response:

I understand from an investor in your stock that
you are Joel Kocher's secretary, and he suggested
that I e-mail you with a critical problem with a
Micron product.

My company runs an ISP, as well as several well
know web sites and many smaller commercial client
sites. These site are now down, and have been
for a week, because of the failure of a Micron
server which is under warranty and which we have
been promised parts for repeatedly over the past
week. We are still down and there are still no
parts. Our major sites include the official site
of the Ministry of Tourism for the Country of
Egypt at touregypt.net and the Chamber of Commerce
of Panama City Beach, Florida which is a major
springbreak resort area. In addition, we currently
have over 100 client sites down.

When we called last week we were promised delivery
overnight. This took some doing, and my manager
spent over 1 1/2 hours on the phone with your company
(mostly on hold). However, we expect small
aggravations such as this. But the parts did not
ship. She called again prior to the end of the
week, and in frustration, called me as well. I
in turn called and spoke to one of your customer
support supervisors. Her name was unclear, but
she was at extension 33101. She promised to expedite
delivery, and did send us a fax confirming that.
Still no parts arrived. Monday we called again,
and again were promised the parts. No parts.
I called late Tuesday. I am told that our file
indicates that we were "belligerent". I was not
belligerent. I was steaming, seethingly mad.
Yesterday, we ordered a new server from a different
vendor in order to mitigate our damages. If we
had been told the first day that you could not
deliver, we would have done that then, and saved
ourselves some of our clients. As it is now, I can
assure you that we are no more belligerent than
most of our clients.

Tuesday I asked to speak to one of your senior
managers, this is a crucial problem, and my parent
company, of which I am CFO, is of a similar size
to your own. I really expected to speak to someone
in upper management, after not having any success
with others in the company. I was not
allowed to, so I went to their bosses, the stockholders.
That is how I got this email address.

I would be more than happy to go back and tell them that
the issue was resolved. Let me know.
