well, here's a few reasons to stay in...

1) positive cash flow last 10 months, with average 40% profit margin.

2) average increase of 1000 subscribers each, last 10 months.

3) short term goal to enter 4 more cities with 10% penetration = total 38,000 subscribers.

4) #3 provider in Shenyang, #5 provider in Beijing.

general chinese internet:

1) increased production of chinese pc's, with lower pricing.

2) increased earning of urban workers.

3) increased willingness of parents to provide pc's and educational opportunities for their single child family.

4) overall decreased pricing in internet service as competition increases.
