But true to form the low teens beckon once again. Who is doing this?

And why does someone advise buying up to 16/shr. with a target of 100? Seems like that should be buy up to 80.00 with a target of 100.00.

I am genuinely baffled by this stock and it's lack of appreciation while the fundamentals just continue to mount in what seems to be an enormous potential. I have held for 2 1/2 years and wowee! I am up 3/8!
