Just the opposite Young is leaving as soon as the next CEO is announced. They definitely want the next CEO to have his own BOD. They know Marengi will only pick good old boys. If there is a CEO surprise, ie. NOT Marengi, then the street might react positively to the BOD situation because it will give the new CEO plenty of opportunity to mould the BOD and make this company responsive to the stockholders for the first time in its existence as a public company. By the way the marketing of Kayak confirms my previous take that Norda et al. are still in the drivers seat. Marengi is their boy.
