"As a businessman, I just want to get my business back up before I lose the hard won clients we have build up over the last four years. " Hopefully you have your new server online by now! How old is your Micron server? I'd tell them that I want my money back. I had a similar problem with a Dell PII 450Mhz, got the run around with tech support. Problem never fixed. I finally told them to take their pc back and I want my money back. All of a sudden they were willing to send me a brand new box. They sent it overnight (after it was built) and had a return airbill filled out for the old one. Fortunately, I haven't had any problems since. Good luck to you. rll
