All of this number crunching on this thread is ridiculous. CRUS has and will continue to have ZERO credibility on Wall Street and in Silicon Valley becuase of its singularly inept management. Wall Street will invest in dogs like Nat Semi and Cyrix if they think they have good management; on the other hand, they will avoid billion dollar companies like CRUS if the management is inept. Face it -- Wall Street is throwing money hand over fist at every other chip company. In fact, none are trading at less than twice their 52-week lows.

If CRUS management really cared about its shareholders, it would take steps to increase shareholder value like find a merger partner for the company. Management has no interest in a higher share price becuase it continuously lowers the strike price of its stock options. They used to be at 30, then 23; now they are at 12. Management can cash in options at 12. Why do they need to raise the stock price if they can just keep lowering their own option strike prices? Lucky CRUS--it gets a mangement that is both selfish and incompetent.
