I don't think all this options activity is bullish for S3. It just means that some big shareholders are WRITING April 17.5 calls and pocketing the premiums because they know the stock will probably not trade above 18 again for months and months. So they will get some good income in those April calls. In case nobody has noticed, the graphics chip market market is flooded with chip makers, and prices are stagnant at best. Unless 80% of these companies go under or go away, there is no chance for S3 to prosper. Wall Street even loves the commodity chip makers like MU and TXN but will continue to avoid the overcrowded graphics chip makers.
