Maybe I have bad info, but I am in and know alot of folks in the tech biz and have heard alot of people complain about Egghead fulfillment and customer relationship problems. This validates my personal experience. But I would be the first to say it is not a scientific sample and maybe me and my Bay Area colleagues just get picked on.
