To all-CMGI has filed to sell 900,000 shares of Lycos (today's price$110),that's 9.1% of what CMGI holds of Lycos. That will gross about $99 million. If you figure that the bulk of this is profit,that's $2.15 per share to report along with other income at next quarterly report.With current price of CMGI at $102.50,that alone is about a PE of 47. Look for CMGI to blow out street estimates of earnings,say +300% over one year ago.
