It appears that some will rather sell at .375 to the MM than let you have it with 10% premium. This is what I call a great disrespect to you. How dare they ???!!! On the other hand it could have been one of damn selfish MMs trading a hundred shares at that price to shake out some "cheap" paper from desperate ones. We will never know, will we ? ;-)))
