Does anyone here know if this Co. has any funds to start their drilling program in Tunisia? It's just a matter of time before oil prices turn around. Right now you can get these drillers to work very cheap. This is the best time to drill. The problem is, Money. All these small oil COs. are broke. I don't see how they are going to rais the cash needed to start a drill program. How many shares would they have to issue to come up with the kind of funds they need. This looks like a very risky venture here,But, if they can pull it off it could be huge. Oil prices will rebound one day. When is the question.
