FNet Annouces Flat Rate National Internet Pricing

Westlake Village, CA.> Franklin Telecom announced today that FNet, Franklin's
Internet subsidiary, has launched Flat Rate National Internet Pricing, effective
immediately. FNet will provide unlimited dial-up service throughout the continental United
States for $18.88 a month.

As we reported last week, Franklin Telecom welcomes the return of Neil Wyenn as
National Accounts Manager. Wyenn headed up Franklin's sales department in the
mid-1980's during a period of unparalleled growth from startup to $20 Million. Wyenn's
specialty is discovering and exploiting channels for new and existing products.

According to Franklin's president and CEO Frank Peters, "Neil combines solid technical
understanding with an uncanny gift for envisioning how new technologies can best serve
the marketplace. He'll be a key player in the launch of our new products during the next
few months. Mr. Wyenn's first assignment will be to head up FNet's National roll out by
offering a special flat rate pricing program."

Wyenn stated "FNet will launch our Flat Rate National Internet Pricing Program with an
outstanding special: we're offering six months unlimited service for $90, for new
customers signing up before the end of the year. This is $15 per month -- to celebrate
Franklin's 15th Anniversary. Ads will begin running this week in USA Today and
Investor's Business Daily to promote this special. FNet can also provide customers with
specialized services such as WEB page design, WEB hosting, ISDN, Frame Relay and
ATM services."

Peters goes on to explain: "FNet has been working to build an infrastructure which will
set us apart from most ISP's. We have installed an AT&T SLC 2000 Optical system
capable of handling 800 T1 circuits, ISDN, ATM and Frame Relay. In addition, we are in
final development of various systems which will offer ten new applications to FNet
customers next year, including Voice, Fax , Voice Mail and others. As access to the
Internet continues to expand, FNet is committed to a policy of pursuing and refining the
technology that will keep our customers 'one-step ahead.'"
