Franklin Secures Wyenn as National Accounts Manager

Westlake Village, CA.> Franklin Telecom announced today that Neil Wyenn has joined
the company as National Accounts Manager. Wyenn previously worked for Franklin
Telecom in the mid 1980's, an era during which the corporation enjoyed unparalleled
success in sales.

According to Frank W. Peters, Franklin's President and CEO, "Neil Wyenn brings
unique expertise and experience to the rarefied world of market and channel
development. He has an uncanny (and invaluable) ability to identify and exploit markets
and customers for new products. He also has a strong technical background which
enables him to understand and appreciate the high-tech products and services he
represents better than 95% of his competitors."

"In fact," Peters continued, "Neil can look at a product that's still on the drawing board
and not only envision its potential, but devise a strategy to help that product find its
strongest venue in the marketplace. This makes him a key player - the kind of individual
you dream about when you're launching a new product."

Wyenn says he's glad to be back on board at Franklin. "From my point of view, this is
the perfect time and place to be. Franklin is beginning to reap the rewards from several
years of research and development. With the explosion of high-tech into the business
world, Franklin is making products that solve problems and open all kinds of possibilities
for businesses large and small. I am delighted to be part of a team that's positioned to
move into the forefront of the telecom industry!"
