Franklin Sales Manager Alan London says October is shaping up as a record-breaking month in bookings. In addition to sales of well-established product lines to long-time customers, demand for the D-Mark Channel Banks is high. London comments, "We're struggling to keep pace with orders. During the last few weeks, we've added personnel in both sales and manufacturing, and we're still fighting to meet delivery dates. We're also seeing our customer base expand with new orders from major customers like Raytheon and U.S. Robotics."
Due to the unprecedented demand, Franklin Telecom welcomes the return of Neil Wyenn as National Accounts Manager. Wyenn headed up Franklin's sales department in the mid-1980's during a period of unparalleled sales growth from startup to $20 Million in the first 18 months for the corporation. Wyenn's specialty is discovering and exploiting channels for new and existing products. According to Franklin's president and CEO Frank Peters, "Neil combines solid technical understanding with an uncanny gift for envisioning how new technologies can best serve the marketplace. He'll be a key player in the launch of our new products during the next few months. Mr. Wyenn's first assignment will be to head up FNet's National roll out, by offering a special flat rate pricing program."
