FRANKLIN ANNOUNCES LOS ANGELES INTERNET
TERRITORIES AND BOOKS FIRST SALE

Westlake Village, CA.> Franklin Telecom announced today that FNet, its Internet
Division, has sold an exclusive territory consisting of 50 telephone exchanges covering
the West San Fernando Valley, Canoga Park and Woodland Hills areas of Los Angeles.

According to Frank Peters, President and CEO of Franklin, "This can be likened to the
opening salvo in the new "electronic land boom" of the '90's. The demand for entry into
the regional Internet market is intensifying on an almost day to day basis. The Internet
Point of Presence (POP) opportunities we are providing offer unparalleled earning
potential for the entrepreneur."

Joe Biniskiewicz, FNET's Director of Sales said "This is a good example of our Medium
Business Opportunity. Smaller territories, comprising approximately 25 telco exchanges
are also available while our premium territories include up to 100 exchanges. FNet
handles all installations, Internet connections and service leaving the Business Partner
free to sell and service the customer. This is one of those rare 'window of opportunity'
moments, offering the chance to be in the forefront of the incredible transition into the
Internet Age in one of the world's most exciting marketplaces."

The price of these 'Turn Key POP's start at $25,000 for a 300 customer small POP to
$45,000 for a 1,200 customer medium POP.

Peters went on to say, "Franklin's Channel Bank & Router manufacturing capability
coupled with the strategic alliances we have been forging give us a cutting edge in
providing exceptional quality service and operation at a highly competitive cost to our
POP business partners."
