The float is around 500,000 Wow... does that give me permission to increase it to that many shares??? <LOL> We are still in the 450,000 range, we are not increasing the float unless we can find something to put some coins in the shareholders pockets <g> These warrants will help free up some shares and make things a little more liquid, the great part about these warrants is.... we do need the working capital, but once again we are increasing the total outstanding shares without dilution. Even this is voluntary on the warrant holders behalf, so the people with the warrants determine the float size not the BoD or myself. Anyhow things are getting better by the day, things are coming along, and a little patience goes along ways, no shareholder is being left behind or excluded. As for our distribution problems these have been solved and shouldnt be any repeats in the future. Keep in mind this is something that was inhereted and I had no idea of the calibre of service we got... its not much fun to take a test drive and then have to push the clunker to the nearest junk yard <g> KAA
