You guys should move to Kitchener/Waterloo or something :) I swing/day trade options through Greenline, and while their website is usually horrendously slow (esp. between 9:30 and 10), the customer service I've gotten has been excellent. They must route calls to a local center, since when I dial 1-800-465-LINE they usually pick up on the 1st or 2nd ring, and there's no voice mail or any options to choose. A live trader right away. All of them are licensed and knowledgable in options too. Very nice! Now, afterhours when I get routed to Toronto is a different story. What kinds of problems have you had trading on their websites? I've experienced lots of slowness and "Error 92002"'s, but never had any mistakes. James.
