I spoke to Hurrly earlier today. I thought I would share with you what I asked him and his answers.

Question: When is the closing date to be set.
Answer: Expecting an answer tomorrow but wouldn't count on it. Currently we're at the hands of the financiers. When they're ready we will set a closing date.

Question: When is the drop dead date for financing.
Answer: March 4th 1999

Question: Is a reverse split planed. If there is what time period would it occur (pre-profit, breakeven, or post profit).
Answer: Currently there is no reverse split planned. If one was planned in the future it would occur in the post profit time frame

Question: Is MPTV planning to Max out share count from 445M to 500M shares?
Answer: Currently there are no plans for any further issuance of shares.
