Franklin Telecom ICC-4 Clear Channel Card General: The ICC-4 provides clear channeling and circuit switching via four RS-232 ports operating at 64Kbps and 32 DSO time slots on four internal 2.048Mbps above board buses. The ICC-4 provides 64Kbps internal clocking for synchronous RS-232 data on four separate ports and provides time slot assignment for the data to be inserted into a 2.048Mbps data bus. The data may be directed out an ICT-1 interface card or some other interface compatible with the above board bus architecture. The ICC-4 allows the user to program, via jumper plugs, the desired time slot for each of the four RS-232 ports and the particular bus for transmit and receive sides.
