It occurs to me that neither Janice or Topfuel has commented on the fact that WOOD's CEO was very responsive to the shareholders in issuing his clarification this morning. I particularly was impressed because I had just talked to his daughter at length about the uncertainty regarding the first release. Again I say that mistakes have been made and will certainly be made in the future by Madera management, but it's not all that often that management is this responsive. The other thing that Janice and Top didn't cite is the fact that the land to be sold is not "producing" land and therefore does not impact on the business plan going forward, except of course in a very positive, cash kinda way. I don't mean to bait anybody, but I think one's credibility is enhanced when one's analysis is even handed and gives out kudos when deserved.
