This has been my experience - I haven't heard from them since my last e-mail - I am very disappointed - I also own NM but not CD:

I did my due diligence on November 28, 1998 prior to accepting your offer of trial membership - I then placed my order for the SONY MVCFD91-O 1024 x 768 Digital Camera: Netmarket Order: 11679403. Assuming my due diligence was correct - I really want to be a member of NetMarket (Everything 4 Less).
In view of NetMarket's (Everything 4 Less) handling of this matter - would you consider providing me with a two year no cost membership and my request to Don for a two week extension of Netmarket Order: 11679403?

December 9, 1998 10:30 PM - Called 1-888-696-2753 and spoke with Sue - Sue stated credit was issued and I should receive product by December 14, 1998.
