J, Perot is such a little twerp. Somewhere in the prospectus it will say that the company does not get to keep the Perot name if he ever leaves the company. It would be "Smertz Systems, Inc." I guess. This was pointed out in the Barrons article. It may be a very good long hold. Good luck Steve Davis
