TUTS's IPO is scheduled for Thursday, January 28, 1999, Price $16-18

I have been following Tuts for sometime. I have even been to their headquarters. I have funds set aside. I will NOT be buying this equity tomorrow though, when it hits the secondary market after the big boys have had a chance to play it.

I will be watching it closely however, looking for a window to buy. It may not be tomorrow or next week. Just enough to see it settle a little bit then get in.
