what gave you the impression that I thought I owned the board? You totally lost me on that one Paul. Were you reading a post from another board and are responding to me in err? ????? I would ask that you read my post a lot more carefully. I mean - A LOT MORE CAREFULLY and try to understand what I was saying. It was you that stated Novonyx was a major flop, when in fact it accomplished its goals - even though the goals were very limited in nature. The main goal of Novonyx was to PORT NETSCAPE Webserver CODE TO NETWARE NLMs. The goal was reached. You might think it was a major failure, but it was success. So in fact it is you that has no trust in Management. Secondly, and please take note, it was John Slitz Senior VP of Corporate Marketing that stated to partners that Novell would not focus on E@Commerce at this time. My idea of developing a Spin-off company is an answer to allow Mr. Slitz to maintain his statement regarding core Novell plumbing technology and still allow Novell to take on the Internet Services and portal brass ring that is clearly out there for them in this brief window. So please clarify why you made these statements. Toy
