swedelo,

There is no mention of Access World on the Access Systems Ltd. web page so I would "guess" they are not connected especially since one has to do with software and the other marketing:

access.com.au

I too have combed thru the Austrian Lottery page the last few days looking for a mention of "Winners" since that would probably be the only word I would recognize - as yet nothing. If someone out there speaks German, it would be helpful to have a translation of any important information.

Here is a copy of an article I found referencing the Austrian Lottery website:

Austria Bets on Internet

Europe, like the United States, has a strong and well-developed lottery system, and the state lottery of Austria has become the first to takes its wares to the Internet.

Using a software package provided by Access Systems of Sydney, Australia, the Austrian lottery now is offering live cash gambling on its site, webclub.at. Officials of the Austrian lottery say they chose Access because of the ready availability of the system, its accompanying tools-a package known as the Games Development kit-and testing processes that matched the high standards of the Austrian lottery's own development activities and that of Australia, which the Austrian lottery calls "one of the toughest sets of probity and regulatory standards in the world."
