Golden Lines Awards TTI Telecom With A $1.2 Million Contract For A
Netrac Network Management System

Business Wire - January 27, 1999 09:37
PETACH TIKVA, Israel--(BUSINESS WIRE)--January 27, 1999--

Golden Lines will Install TTI Telecom's Network Management System to
Enhance Their High Quality services

TTI Telecom Ltd. (NASDAQ/NM: TTILF) announced today that it has been
selected to provide its Netrac Network Management System to Golden
Lines, one of Israel's leading International/Long Distance
Communications Service Providers. The project is valued at $1.2 Million.
Installation will commence immediately and is scheduled for completion
by the fourth quarter of 1999.

Golden Lines is one of Israel's leading telecommunications companies,
which commenced operations in 1997 as one of Israel's three licensed
international carriers. The Netrac Network management system will
provide Golden Lines with a competitive edge in quality of customer
service, preventive maintenance, and improved network operation. These
requirements have become increasingly significant as Golden Lines begins
to compete in a large variety of arenas. These include facilitating
international data, Internet services, and local exchange access for
voice and data communications.

The system will introduce two highly important innovations to the Golden
Lines' infrastructure: one will enable the rigorous monitoring of
Intelligent Network (IN) services; and the other will provide an
automated, integrated Help-Desk application, which will enable Golden
Lines to excel in their customer services.

"Golden Lines selected TTI Telecom's integrated NMS solution due to TTI
Telecom's large range of integrated products, and its internationally
recognized reputation for providing flexible solutions to leading
Telecom operators the world over," commented Rami Belinkov, Chief
Executive Officer of Golden Lines. We selected this system because it
enables us to manage a highly complex suite of network elements and
improve the quality of our advanced services through a common graphical
and intuitive management interface.

Meir Lipshes, Chief Executive Officer of TTI Telecom stated, "We are
pleased to have been selected by Golden Lines as their Network
Management Partner. In this highly competitive market, Golden Lines
recognized and acknowledged that using TTI Telecom's powerful and
proactive network management would empower them with the competitive
edge they sought. This win reaffirms our positioning as the leading
provider of NMS/OSS to a wide array of telecom service providers
worldwide."
