Steve Art did call me after I e-mailed my phone no. to him. this is the second time I have visited with Art in the couple of years I have held this stock, he is pleasant to visit with and seems sincere. as far as news it sounds like it will all come together sometime in march. I asked him if he could put something on the web site updating things for investors. he said they would try to have something for us shortly?? like maybe a couple of weeks. I am long, and will remain so at this point. that's all I have. TomR
