Open note to Jason: Today's volume and price action appears to reflect a major holders decision to dump. My suspicion is that CREAF unloaded the 443,900 shares they had left from their last registration statement. (Given Nasdaq's counting rules, that could account for 1 million shares in volume. I could write off 2 million as typical after the earnings hysteria trading but not 3 - no way.) Being that Mr. Sellers stated in the cc that their competitors were behaving like gentleman, would it be too much to ask if he could call CREAF to find out if they did in fact sell their position in the am. Obviously, they (CREAF)don't have to file any more since they currently have less than 5% nor do they need to respond to such a request. However, I thought that since we were all on a gentleman like relationship here, it might not hurt to drop a dime. Another option might be to see what your primary market maker/investment banker fee collecting friends over at Robbie Stephens might have to say. (MM's dropped their prices like a stone - they new there was a big seller out there and being what they are - were not about to get stuck holding the bag.) Naturally, management should be focused on running the business and I applaud their performance so far. However, the loyal and dedicated members of the Iron Stomach Brigade have a need to know.
