I spoke to Dr. Brown today for 10 minutes. He was very optimistic. Fla and Cal are profitable and speeding along. NY is getting into shape with some site closing etc. 10 Mil in cash. Buying back some stock. He suggested that the stock would be much higher in a year. I am very encouraged both from a technical point of view and my talk with the good doctor. IMHO very cheap here. I'm adding to my position at current levels for a 1 year hold. WineOh
