Sorry, a low blow; couldn't resist. There was one unaccounted for item on the packing list, neither shipped nor back ordered . I called the toll-free number 888-880-1030 and got a very quick response from a human who gave out real info. You should do that if you haven't done so to straighten your order(s), I think. Definitely a repeat site for me. Soon as I make a few winning trades so I can afford it <GGG>.
