IFLY takes some 40,000 phone enquiries each day for airline tickets. Is that a front for some "crim" operation? 2.6 million shares came out of lockup - we've only had 144s on 500,000 - why is that? Why are over 2 million shares locked up for another year? Who's pumping the stock when there is no MM controlling it? Why is George Warde - a grand veteran of the airline industry if there ever was one - the Chairman of the Board of directors for this "crim" company? [Warde was CEO & President of American Airlines for 14 years and also CEO over Continental Airlines for two years]. The claims that this company is a "crim" company comprise of the fact the two directors once worked for a relatively short period of time for investment brokerages that were later closed down or had other employees who were engaged in criminal/dubious activities. The facts of insider sales prove nothing - insider sales happen for many reasons. Only 20% of the shares coming out of 1 year lockup have been filed for sale. So far 80% of the insider shareholdings that have just been freed up look like they are in it for a longer period. Those who are claiming this company is "crim" stock have not looked closely or deeply enough at questions such as: Is the business plan valid? Do these people know what they are doing? What is the prior experience of the management team in this area? I think those who are making such claims are misguided, not by their market experience or intelligence but by their emotional reaction and pride. I wish this thread could return to a discussion of the fundamentals of this company. Mark
